WTT my euro 323 for your 325es/is...

i have an 84 323i. It runs and drives very nice. plenty of power. It was brought over in 91. I am the 3rd owner and it is in good condition. The color is Bronzit metallic. It does have the original M20 Motor. 166K miles, 5 speed, rare limited slip diff, lots of new parts, including New Cap, Rotor, Plugs, Bavarian autosport wire set, Coil, Fuel pump, Fuel Pump Relay, Filter, Power flo intake kit from Bavarian autosport, misc. grounds and wires in the motor were replaced, valves adjusted and changed oil, only run 92 octane and its always Chevron!!! The clutch is fine and so are the brakes, it doesnt leak any oil but does burn a bit. Iam going to take the euro bumpers off and re paint the trim and mirrors to make the black shine better. The bumpers are in great condition with no chunks missing from the rubber. It has the front and rear fog lights that both work. The headlights are very rare, i have never seen another set. The interior is a 8/10. the driver seat is the only seat that is torn. the headliner is perfect. I dont know when the timing belt was done last, but i know it something that should be done. i may do the tb/wp and seals before i sell it but that would raise the price another $800 or so. I put new tires on it and it has 16 inch mille migla rims on it that look pretty good. THe bosy is in good condition with a dent on the driver side fender. the hood and trunk lid are pretty sun faded. To be honest, a new paint job would be great. the euro body kit is still there and intact.
HERE IS THE ISSUE I AM HAVING
The car likes to cut out and highway speeds occasionally. i have spent a lot of money trying to fixi it. it could be the computer or the AFM. I have both so i will install them and see if it cures it.
WHAT I WANT TO TRADE FOR
I think my car is worth about $32-3500. I have over $6,000 into it.
I really want an "is" or an "es" any color and must run GREAT. Its gotta be a manual transmission too. any offers on my car will be thought over. cash talks. I am willing to trade or sell outright. my email is

I see you have a Vanagony. Any plans to put a Scooby engine in it.

I have a nice 86 325es but on the wrong coast and todays fuel cost prohibit a road trip that long.

Picture will definately help sell your car.

Those are Pre ellipsoid Hella or Bosch H1/H1 set up. They throw very good light.

323i should have a twin tail pipe that is angled to the left, someone replaced the old stock exhaust with the wrong pipe.

Yes. The exhasut is fairly new. it was put on the car before i got it. the headlights are not the usual sealed beams. i said they were rare becuase they have a headlight and another buld insert that comes on like parking lights. they are red. i agree that they throw good light. People always flick their hi beams at me thinking i have mine on.
