I have been talking to the seller, Ben, and seems like a stand up guy. He has answered my emails quickly.

He wants to sell it in 2 weeks and for 4300 obo w/ hardtop it should sell quickly!

I got a message back from him saying he had a few people try to buy it but was tied up with the title. He does now have the title and expects it to sell quickly.
