WTB daily beater in PNW

I'm looking to get a beater eta or 84 or 85 318i in the PNW for a daily driver. I would prefer something in the 1k or under range but would spend more depending on the car. It doesn't have to run,have a clear title or any of the fancy stuff. Auto or manual doesn't matter to me. I might also be intrested in a e21 for the right price

Yea CL is checked daily, But is seems lately everything is way over priced for a beater

I think there is a 500 dollar eta on Bellingham CL, but I am pretty sure it needs lots of work.

i picked up an 84 325e 5speed with sport int. runs great needs some maintenance but very solid car. I will want 2k if i fix it. 1200 as is. White with tan int sunroof cd player AC 220k miles
