So I have a 1990 4 door 325i and a 1986 325es for sale, I'd like to get rid of them as a pair.
Good:
-Tinted windows
-New ECU
-New Coil
-Transmission serviced about 30 miles ago
-Pretty decent paint
-Only about 120,000 miles
-Almost new BFGoodrich TAs
-Sony Xplode speakers and an Alpine headunit (Not great, but it's something).
Bad:
-Transmission has a pretty slow leak from the input seal and whines in 5th gear
-A few dents
-The sunroof is pretty rusted
-No glovebox
-The gas gauge is stuck on full
-Check engine light stuck on
-SI Batteries probably need replacing
-Needs a new thermostat
If you'd like to buy this by itself I'm selling it for $1900.
1986 325ES
2 Door, 5 Speed manual, red
Good
-Transmission completely rebuilt 500 miles ago by American Gear.
-Almost new Toyo Proxes (400 miles ago)
-Autothority performance chip
-Leather Recaro sport seats from an E36 BMW
-Sony Xplode headunit
Bad
-Right passenger front is crunched from a collision, the frame was not bent.
-Coolant warning will not turn off, even with a full radiator.
-Support bracket for the shift linkage broke, so shifting is very sloppy, should be pretty cheap and easy to fix, but not really essential.
-Tachometer doesn't always work.
-On a salvage title.
If you want this one by itself I'm asking $400.
I'm in Central California (San Luis Obispo) and I'm pretty flexible about the price for either of them. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the 325i but here's the eta
