    1989 Dinan BMW 325is - $10000

Not mine, just found it on craigs...

"I am selling my Dinan modified 1989 325is BMW. It was recently appraised at $13,300. The frame has 98,000 miles on it. It has the following modifications...
    Engine
    - Fully documented $12,000 Dinan 2.7 liter stroked engine with about 34,000 miles on the engine. The block is from a carbureted “eta” motor and the head is from the fuel injected “i” motor. It has an estimated 215hp compared to the stock 164hp.
    - Spark plugs - Bosch platinum 4
    Suspension
    - Koni springs and Bilstein shocks (The car is lowered 1.5 inches)
    - Racing Dynamics strut tower bars are in the front and rear.
    - Bushings were replaced with polyurethane for reliability.
    Brakes
    - Brake disks were changed to cross-drilled rotors (to keep the heat down during braking)
    - Pads are Porterfield R4S’s.
    Intake
    - K&N Cone Filter Intake
    Wheels
    - 15" Racing Dynamics
    - Tires Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 205/50 R15 86V
    Sunroof
    - Dealer optioned glass sunroof
    Interior
    - Burlwood Shift knob
    - Nakamichi stereo CD-45z CD player with amber display to match the interior.
    Exterior
    - New full body paint job in 2006
    - DTM Front spoiler
    - Kamei Headlight trim
The car was in a front end accident in May of 2006 by my old mechanic. (Modesto Automotive) The frame and engine had no damage and was repaired by Advanced Autobody over the course of 4 months. I have a ton of documentation on the repairs and the damage. The appraisal was done AFTER the repairs were done and the appraiser was told about the damage prior to his report.
The car is probably the straightest 1989 325is on the west coast! When it was repaired they took even the smallest scratches and dings. The car really looks new from the out side.
The interior is worn in the front put the rear is nearly new.
I'll let you look at the pics and let you be the judge.

Carb'ed Eta's what a joke and Koni springs with Bilsteins talk about mismatched rates.

Koni spring were only sold here in the US with Koni kit's. They were prematched setups. Somebody ought to go look at it anyway.
