Hi. I'm selling my 1990 silver 325i, 152K, 5 spd, gray cloth. Columbus, OH. I bought this car in May from my friend Dustin (etasDustin) who listed in on this forum. He had perfromed significant preventative maintenance on it before I bought it (search and compare his previous ad).
I planned to drive this car daily, as a replacement to my '88 MKII GTI, but now my interests have changed and I am looking for a E36 M3 soon.
I did do a few more 'finishing touches' to this car in the 3,000 miles I've had it:
-stainless steel catback exhaust
-New kuhmo tires
-new fuel filter, Bosch O2 sensor, spark plugs
-new valve cover gasket/adjusted valves. (Better gas mileage now and no more 'ticks')
Car looks pretty much the same as in the post from May. Shows well:
-Interior 7/10 (driver's seat bottom needs a cover, rest of int is good)
-Exterior 6/10 (small spider cracks in the paint, some very minor oxidation spots on roof and trunk- probably can be buffed out)
-Mechanically this car is a 9/10. Power/relaibility feel like it has half the miles on it.
This car had decent local interest when it was listed in May, so anyone who's seen it/driven it then, feel free to comment on it/let me know if you're interested.
I'll try to link to etasDustin's original ad from May, as the car looks mostly the same as it did then (except for new tires and new exhaust)
Price is pretty firm at $3400, considering this is a reliable daily/racer platform that is up-to-date on maintenance and is good to go.
