ii've owned 8 mk2's and this is the most fun to drive.
i bought it in maine, drove it back to ohio, and took it on a trip to chicago. car is great on highway, traffic, whatever..

NICE swap! Did you change the crack pipe while you were swapping? Or has it been replaced at all?

You don't want to sit in a Corrado then, that's what it's from.

I swore off Dubs after owning a Corrado, but you have a really clean looking car there man. Are you sure selling isn't a mistake?

What was the donor car for the VR swap? - are you coilpacked or do you have a early motor?

Is 5 lug still done with Corrado parts, or have A3 parts finally been adopted?

          Again, nice car.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

not a mistake.. this is my 13th dub and i've got another mk2 anyways.. i love em, and will always have one prolly.. lol. and i don't blame you for swearing off vw's if you owned a corrado..haha. i owned one. not for me.
the donor car was a 95 gti vr6 (obd1 coilpack..) it has vr tranny, with the long gears (not corrado tranny) and full vr brakes/ axles/ 5 lug, rear beam w/ 5 lug,and disc. etc.. it's done very right.

fyi the 5lug stuff from a rado vr6 and mk3 gti are all the same.
            it's basically a 95 gti vr6 in a mk2 sedan body. which IMO= hottest vw evAr!!!11!!!

oh, and i like corrado steering wheels!!! :p but i like alot of wierd stuff..

crack pipe was replaced, as was t-stat, chains, guides, etc.. but it's not the billet crack pipe, just factory.
