    F/S 1989 e30 touring!!!!!!

Yes you read the thread title correctly! I am going to have to part with my e30 touring! After my exhausting search for one and the money I've spent finding it, I need to get rid of a few vehicles and the touring is going to be first on the list.
The car is completely federalized in the U.S. and has the documentation to prove it. It has 105K on the odometer and has the euro 325i motor in it. It is a 5 speed car and the color is lachsilber metallic. The car has manual windows, crank sunroof, no A/C, no power steering. This car was originally from finland where it was a 318i touring, the original owner had the car shipped here and converted to U.S. spec and had the motor swap done. This car was imported in 1998.

I am going to attach a couple of pics fromthe day I picked her up. I will attach more pics tomorrow when I can get some pics with the digital camera.

My contact info is (401) 374-8714 cell, you can leave a message if I don't pick up. most of the time I have horrible cell service at work. or you can send me PM's or e-mail at bmwryan1@yahoo.com

The price is going to be $25,000 o.b.o. This car is extremely rare and there have only been a handful of these brought to the U.S. that are legal. There will probably never be a chance like this again.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

Good luck with that. Alex's Touring was up for grabs at $17k and it has a 5 lug + S50 swap.

I understand that it is a lot of money but alex's car isn't federalized for the U.S. market if it is the one that Willz.ca had for sale on their website. Mine is completely legit for the U.S.D.O.T. so for alex's car to be U.S. legal you would have to spend the 17K then another 8-10K on federalization. so it is just a matter of if you want a car that won't be a hassle to register and drive in the U.S.

      P.S. - I forgot to mention that I have a 5 lug set-up that goes with the car. ;)

Why the hell havent I seen you before, I am in westerly all the time. Since I cant afford how much you want for the touring, you should just give me one of your M3's, and you'll be down one car:). Problem solved.

          Hey there,
You prob haven't seen me because I hardly ever drive the e30's The diamondshwartz m3 never leaves the garage, and the touring is pretty much the same. My other m3 is now painted lime green, s50 swapped and has a garrett GT35r turbo which makes about 530 hp at the rear wheels. are you going to the bavarian autosport show and shine this year? It is in Portsmouth, NH (about 2.5 hours north of us) let me know maybe we can roll up together.

You obviously really don't need to get rid of this car... My bets are that wifey said to sell a car and you put it up at an unreasonable price that no one would pay... You really don't want it gone either.

                    Ryan,

Jeez, don't you even give me credit for being in that picture? :) I'll trade you back even up for the Cabby. Improvements include getting the cooling fan to work!!
                    Cheers,

                    David

No really guys the car has to be sold. I wish it was something to do with the wife but I'd rather get rid of her than the car:) LOL!

I am open to offers, but please make then semi reasonable.

                        Thanks,

I would in a heart beat, but I really need the cash to do some home improvements. That cabrio was absolutely mint!

I think Vlad has to step up to the plate. He has just about every other E30 ever made. :)
