You would still need to redo all the front bits tho. ;)

yah... i just need to make mine good... get a good suspension under it hehe

new control arms and bushings and tie rod assemblies don't help when your shocks/springs have 200,000 miles and don't do anything.

I already had offered him a grand for it last week, he said he had plenty of offers for $1500, but apparently still hadn't taken any of them even though that was his asking price????

Atlanta has e30 deals on a fairly frequent basis. I've been watching an '87 cab that got hit in the front for the last few weeks. He's already down to $800 negotiable. I haven't looked at it, but thye owner says it was a strong runner with a good 5-speed. If he drops his price again, I'm going to offer him $500.

Knowing my luck, he'll take it.

Typical. The guy must be a noob.

I've seen some deals in Nashville, too. It's a long drive for you, but might be worth a look.

I bought the exact same car but in calypso for $750 just a few months ago and it did not have ANY rust at all.... So he is over priced it IMHO
