WTT: my 87' 325is for your late model

Hey guys, I'm looking to trade my 1987 325is for a late model 2dr e30 preferably a 318is. My car is a 5spd and the ODO stopped at 179k

I've replaced a lot of parts since I've gotten this car.
thermostat
coolant level sensor
coolant temp sensor (for dash and injectors)
water pump
timing belt
crank position sensor
o2 sensor

fuel injectors
fuel pressure regulator
fuel pump
fuel level sender
air flow meter
front brake pads
spark plugs
spark wires
distributor cap
distributor rotor

charcoal canister
defroster switch

glove box lock latch
all new fuses
tie rod ends
and more...

It also has a fresh oil, filter, air filter, redline LSD fluid and coolant.
(I have all records for the parts)

Mods:
I've converted the front to late model style which includes
euro grills
front plastic bumper
brand new valance
brand new brake ducts
brand new fog blanks
brand new oil cooler grill
brand new iS lip
Ryan G splitter
Smoked euro ellips with city lights
8k HID conversion kit
MHW smoked turns

The Bad:

Even though I've done quite a bit to it, it still has a few problems:
front seats are worn
shifter is kinda sloppy, but tranny shifts very well
cracked dash
a/c doesn't work
needs central lock computer
no headunit
needs an alignment

Well I figure I would ask around 3k for it, but I really need a trade for it since it's my only car. A late model 318 in decent condition would be fair IMO for anyone looking for a sharp car with more power.

Why dont you just put plastic bumper on the back? Thats what your after right? A decent body shop should be able to do it without much problem. It would be way cheaper and easier than trying to sell or trade your car.

The other small differences are a cake walk, brake light, rear view mirror, ect.

I wouldn't mind a 325, but I thought a 318 would be a better daily driver(and a more desirable trade for the other party). I shift at 3k most of the time anyway, so I'm not trying to win any races ;). Plus, the gas mileage on an m42 is pretty sweet.

I may have a shop do the rear bumper/valance swap, but I hate having other people work on my car(everything has been done myself) and I prefer the look of late model tails. The only way I would be completely happy is if I chopped off the rear tail section and welded a late model one on, but it would probably be expensive as hell.
