FS: 1989 325i in Cincinnati, OH

Ok guy's, it's been a while and the car is still sitting in the driveway, now I really am pushing to get this thing sold. The car itself was purchased by me from an ASE tech in Cleveland, Ohio. He had just finished a complete rebuild on the motor, I was given all of the paperwork that he had detailing the work done. I drove the car for about 6 months, until I picked up my current daily driver. At the time I had hopes of turning it into a fun car, but as time moved on it was clear that I just couldn't afford it. It has been sitting since about October of last year in my mother's garage. There it has sat for the past year. I had the car checked out by a mechanic in the summer, for a potential buyer, and they came up with a few things that need work.

First of all, the car doesn't have controls of the blower motor. I believe it to be a short somewhere in the dash, because at one time I did have it working fine, but that only lasted a week. Also, the bushings need replacing BIG TIME, which is causing a problem with the alignment. I was also told that both the front and rear seals are leaking, however I have not seen a spot on my driveway yet. The sunroof crank was broken off by my friend, it still stays on, you just have to have the lever extended for it to stay. The door locks have always been a problem, that's why the previous owner installed a keyless entry system in it. The batteries have drained on the remote, but I will replace them accordingly. There is a busted heatshield that makes itself known when you hit bumps, I could probably go in there and rip it out if you would like. There is also one rust spot behind the passenger front wheel. I will show pictures of that later on in this thread. There will be no shift knob unless I can find one quickly, or I could put my Momo shift knob back on the car.

Other than that the car is in immaculate condition, the paint is still pretty damn good considering it's age, the interior is a 9 out of 10, and the motor should last for quite some time since it still is considerably fresh on a rebuild (since it has been sitting for so long). So now I will copy and paste the info that I have used previously in my for sale thread. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. I need this bad boy gone!

    Here are the stats.

Minor rust on bottom of passenger fender (It's been in Northern Ohio for 17yrs. I'd say its above average for rust from other E30's I've seen around.)
Original black paint shows it's age (cleaned up nice after one buff job)
One of the original speakers in the front is busted
    Hairline fracture in right highbeam
A/C system was removed by previous owner
Driver's door lock sometimes doesn't operate power locks. - I hear it is common on E30's. Remedied with keyless entry.

    Plusses:
Interior is nearly immaculate for an 18 yr old car. Seats are in good condition.
    No cracks in the dash.
Car has NEVER seen a body shop
Lots of little spare parts (Alternator, Filters, bulbs, fluids, hardware, brake parts, seals, etc.)

Here are some pictures of her.

Here are the pictures the previous owner sent to me when I purchased the car.

So how many miles are on the current engine post-rebuild? Can I get a VIN too so I can do a CarFax? Thanks!
