1989 325is in W-S craigslist

I saw this car and test drove it today, here is what I have to say.
1. Rebuilt Title
2. Front end not aligned (hood, fenders)
3. Sunroof is badly faded (looks to be spray painted)
4. Car seems to have a bad quality respray (even though the owner says different)
5. Lowes/Home Depot front lip
6. Bad temperature problem (pegged at 3/4 temp)
7. Mix-n-match suspension setup (owner didn't know, rear coils front intrax maybe?)
8. ABS is not operational and the light is not on (unplugged?)
9. No CAT
10. Missing temp sensor from OBC
11. inop. odo

yeah, back in NC. Owner said he didn't know anything of BMW (younger guy) said his dad modded the car.
