This car has been my daily driver since I bought it and runs great. It gets great gas mileage and in my mind is one of the best daily drivers out there. It is light and handles very well. I have changed the oil on it regularly and have done some basic maintenance such as radiator, water pump, hoses, gaskets, springs, control arm bushings. The odometer shows 192,547 but it recently stopped working. I bought the car with ~185,000 miles and have had it for about a year.
Cosmetically it looks great inside and out. There are some cracks in the dash as you can see in the picture. There is a Sony CD player in place of the stock radio. The exterior looks great and all VIN stickers are present.
There are some things that are not perfect with it and I am going to list everything that I have noticed on it. First, there is some oxidation above the passenger side tire and there is a dent around the fuel door that you can see in the picture. There is no paint damage and I would say it could be popped out easily. Also the sunroof will occasionally catch when you're closing it due to one of the wires that pull it coming off (all it takes to fix it is hooking it back on). Again, probably an easy fix but I don't use the sunroof so I haven't taken had it fixed. Mechanically it runs very well. When it first starts up cold it runs rough for about 3 seconds and then evens out and idles perfectly. There appears to be a slow drip from the oil pan gasket and I have the gasket that will be included with the car but again I have not fixed it yet. It goes 3 months without having to put oil in it so it doesn't drip enough to make a difference. Lastly there is a rattle from the heat shield in the exhaust.
It is a good daily driver for the money and costs next to nothing to drive, insure and maintain it. I just don't need it anymore and would like to sell it soon. I'll be out of town most of next month and would like to have it gone in the next 2 weeks. I figured I'd list it here first and then go to ebay if I don't get any interest on it in the next couple of days. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
