    1988 BMW 325i convertible

1988 BMW 325i convertible for sale 155K, just put over $5000 in the last 12 months to do the following (I have all receipts):

Replace instrument cluster, replace SI board, replace light bar and speedohead, solder motherboard, tighten alternator belt, replace front struts, upper mounts, bump stops, repair glovebox, replace covertible top boot cables and handle, replace blower motor and resistor, replace restricted bypass valve and hoses, blow out heater core, converted A/C to R134 charge system, adjusted breaks, replace convertible top lid shocks, tighten and adjust right release latch, replace water pump, timing belt, tensioner drivebelts, replaced radiator, thermostat and housing, all cooling hoses, removed throttle body, clean replace, throttle heater and gasket, replace battery, clean corrosion and replace terminals, replace window switches, clean top compartment drains.

As you can tell, this car is essentially all new mechanically.

Runs like a dream. the seat leather needs repair (hey, it's 20 years old!) but structurally is fine. there is a break in the plastic of the top, a crack, but other than that the top is great. It's an automatic and has given me no trouble since I've had it. Amazing those German Engineers.

I have too many toys and just got an Audi cabriolet so having another convertible seems silly at this point. My loss, your gain...

Don't kid yourself buddy, if you paid 5k for all that, great, it's [the work] worth maybe $300 in parts.
