    FS: Alpine White 86 325e

I have a 1986 325e for sale. It's a good car that I would drive anywhere right now. It's a really powerful runner with no big issues and it looks great! Most of the time when I "rescue" an old bimmer it needs hours of labor, this one was just about ready to go.

Work Done: Fixed broken glove box, reset the SI lights, replaced the loose rear view mirror, removed all trim, bumpers, grilles and wipers, painted them all black, painted the car OE Alpine White, painted the mirrors body color, painted the rocker's body color, scrubbed and painted the front and rear valences and reinstalled everything.

Known issues: The sunroof handle in broken, it still works, but it falls off, the PAX window gear grinds when it reaches the top, there is a tear in the drivers seat bolster, the odometer is broken, the tires are worn, the battery is the wrong size. My 2002 battery may fit, if this is the case, you can have it!

Service: The car pulls like a racehorse, the valves are quiet and according to the previous owner, it has had a new timing belt recently. This engine and drivetrain is solid. The odomether reads 160k

Please contact me at 630-220-6528 or email me at PatrickMcHugh23@gmail.com.

The car is located in Richmond, VA 23231 right near the Richmond airport.

    Asking $2500 obo

BUMP to sweeten the deal, the car now comes with an IS wheel and an OBC from a 325e.

How long has the odometer been broken? Do you know the actual mileage? Does the title state actual or incorrect mileage? Thanks.

If I remember the title states actual mileage. I will check what it says Wednesday and maybe run a carfax on it. That might shed some light on how long the odometer has been broken. Based on pedal wear and seat condition, i'd say it is pretty close to actual.

Due to some problems with the sale, it's up again! $2200 takes it home.
