    FS: 89 red 325i+S conversion

Just doing some spring cleaning, and this is up for grabs.

89 325i. It has been converted to an 'S' with a 3.73 LSD and suspension.

    Modz:
    IE III Springs, Billy Sports
    ST Sways, rear adjustable links
    SuperSprint Catback
has a chip in it, but not sure what kind.
    IE SSK
ATE power slots with Porterfield pads. They make a shitload of noise, so it needs new brakes.
    Sparco Strut bar
    M3 CAB's
    IE polyurethane motor mounts

    Cosmetic:
    iS lip spoiler(front/back)
    MTech2 wheel
    15in Euroweaves
New tan front sport seats. They are vinal, but look really good with no cracks/tears. one small crack on the bottom drivers side bolster but you cant even see it.
car was repainted, and looks good from 5ft plus. you can see tape lines around the windows/sunroof.
    Euro Ellips with 5000k HID's
    Euro Grills
    US Plate Filler
    BMW of Tulsa Plate frame

    recently fixed:
    new driveshaft with new CSB.
    all new rebuilt shift linkage
    new power steering hoses
oil service just done, valve adjustment done and new VC gasket.
replaced the exhaust bolts due to rust
Also, the T-Belt/Water pump was done last winter before i drove it to NJ.
It also has a rebuilt head with a NEW OEM camshaft and all new rockers/valvetrain. Done at the same time as t-belt/water pump. Head gasket is OEM.

This car is an original california car. The odometer broke about 5 years ago at 26X,XXX miles, and since then has been driven cross country twice. Estimated mileage is above 300k miles.

To be honest, the doors are wavy, dent in hood, RR quarter panel has been welded in, and you can tell. LR quarter panel has been "fixed" and is wavy.
Trunk leaks water. a lot of water. I just replaced the blower motor/resistor, but last week the rat cage exploded on me again. The speakers are blown but you can still listen to the radio. The shocks/struts are weak. the rear shocks are leaking, as is the front left strut. tie rod ends are also shot. the dash is a cracked out hooker with big gaping cracks.

Good overall car for just goin out and cruisin'.

    pics:

currently has MTech2 wheel and black door pulls/map pockets

$5,475 takes it. Car is in Kansas/Oklahoma.

Probably a few broken rockers, and the eccentrics being too worn to adjust valve clearances?

bump. i assure you this car has no broken rockers or worn eccentrics at this time. I did however break 5 rocker arms just before the head was rebuilt. hence, the rebuilt head.

I also forgot to add, the car used to have a big cam in it, so the PO drilled a 1/4in hole in the TB to pass smog. The car idles at like 1000 rpm now with the stock cam. Sounds kinda cool. Could probably use a throwout bearing. The AC Works great.

I also forgot to add that this car was involved in a fire last april. all the hood lining is melting and some of it dripped onto the engine. the washer hoses also got fried/melted during the fire. I am okay however, after spending a week in the hospital.

And WTF is with everybody else selling their cars? I am an honest person trying to make an honest buck selling this car. Times have changed and I am in a new field making much more money than most of the people on this board. I just acquired a new M3 and I need to spend more time/money on it. Fuckers.

                          no engine pictures.

no damage to anything besides cosmetics. put a new hood liner on, scrape off some of melted insulation and bam. good to go.

oh, there are some charred marks on the hood too, but you only see them when the hood is open.

my intake manifold/valve cover are painted black for longevity so you cant really see much of the charredness.

How about 5,250. I just recently put a fresh coat of wax on it.
