Rebuilt? No, I believe it remains salvaged regardless of the repair. However, the car had such minute damage to it that, had it been a newer car, there would be no salvage title on it.

in OH there is a process you need to go through in order to drive a salvage title vehicle. Once completed you get a rebuilt title

There is no "rebuilt title" status here in CA.
