FS:1989 Euro M Technic 320i

Okay now I really don't want to do this but my 89 M Technic is up for sale. But I need to get some work done around the house. I'm hoping someone (a E30 Lover) will pick her up and do great things w/ her. I imported it from Japan back in 1998 and have owned it since 1996. It has 81k on her and it is a automatic trans (Ewwww, wanted to put a manual in it) She runs but does need some work. It shifts through all the gears but not always when it should? If that makes since??? Has always been garaged until recently...had to make room for other car. I have alot of pics and will answer any questions about her. I am asking $4500 obo

In the last post there is a tear in the drivers bolster....besides that the seats are in great shape. NOW...the bad or what I consider bad.

1st a dent in the passenger side door...can be massaged/pulled out.
2nd rain guard is missing on passenger side
3rd passenger side fog is damaged
4th clear coat is peeling on wing
5th the only rust I have found is at lower corner of windshield
