This listing is for my 1992 BMW 525iT. It has served me well for the past year I have owned it. I purchased it last January knowing it would need a tranny soon, so I also have a five speed manual and drive shaft I planned on swapping in. I just don't have the time or money to spend right now, so my loss is your gain! The A/C has also quit. The interior needs a little work, as you can see from the pictures, and it could use a fresh coat of paint. The front fenders also need some work/replaced. I have a passenger side fender I can include. It has fairly fresh tires, and a new valve cover gasket and spark plugs. The engine runs GREAT! It will not need much work to get it in great shape.

I'm asking $1750 obo. I have to get this car moved...

Is the trannny shot now and does the car move? Rust anywhere other than the door bottom? Have you done any other maintenance to it?

The car can be driven, but doesn't shift up from second. It will not do above 20-25 unless you put it in S2, then you can run it fine (but you're staying in 2nd). The only rust I've seen is that on the doors. The only maintenance I've done is regular oil changes/filter with Royal Purple, valve cover gasket and plugs, trans fluid/filter.....I think that's it. I've also replaced the hood shocks, added Euro Trim, rubber floormats from Bav Auto, and frenched the high beams.
