e36 328i engine.

As stated above it has an M52 2.8L engine from a 1998 328.
Motor also has s52 (1996+) m3 cams, AA tune, and exhaust.
The Car is pretty quick :)

All that would be needed for the AC is a belt and a line/connection to connect the e36 system to the e30 system (any shop should be able to do this).
