1985 318i ITB Car for Sale -- Inexpensive intro to racing!

    - Suspension Techniques m3 front and rear sway bars
    - Bilstein Sport Shocks/ struts
    - Turner Motorsport J-Stock springs
    - no sun roof car!!
    - 1.9l m10 engine
    - full cage car -- Autopower main hoop added to and modified to meet SCCA regulations
    - had track record for many years at blackhawk
    - some wheels and spares with car
    - Recaro SRD driver's seat with seat back brace for safety
    - Car weighs approx. 2250lbs, it's been a while since it was on a scale so I don't remember the exact weight
    - Car was campaigned in SCCA for 10 years in the Midwest region. Well sorted, well thought out, reliable, cheap to maintain, turn-key track car.
    - Sister car with almost identical paint and graphics sold about one year ago, I think it's in St. Louis now --- This one was faster!!!
    - Builder of this car built this and two other cars exactly the same. They were all great IT cars

Long youtube video, but if you scan through it and find in car footage, that is from this car!! Very fast through the back of the course at Road America, fun video to relive the memories! 12.22s mark there is some good footage, remember this car only has about 150hp!

    $6000.00 or offers

I can answer some questions in the thread but I am posting this for a close friend. The car is currently in storage and hasn't been on the track since fall of 2006. Runs great, more pics available upon request, contact jemorgan@wi.rr.com with any questions.

    Thanks

Just your basic rebuilt m10 4-cylinder. I can get better pics soon. This weekend I plan on pulling the car out and taking some more shots in the light. Warehouse storage pics are kind of lame...
