Installed at the dealer, maybe. But this is not the coveted OEM unit...

the glass on the moonroof is made by an oem supplier. Its made by Sicursiv. Sicursiv, Sigla, Securit, etc. were all OEM glass providers for our E30s. You'll find their name along with the factory roundel "bug" if the glass is original. part # 8989 1 000 221. but you can't find it on realoem.com

I understand the ix recommendation. but the thing is, I really want a wagon. and ix touring e30's are too hard to come by. But I'd be open to something if it involved cash + trade.

I am now officially available to drive the car to a closer spot for those of you craving a rust free e30 on the east cost. It will take some negotiation, but I'd be happy to give the car a "good bye" cruse for a few hours. I really would. The time for me to move on to awd is now, so make offers. I'll respect reasonable offers with or without the extra set of wheels.

                          Haha...

I can understand. I have spent $12k on my ix, so you wouldn't be seeing any extra cash. Good luck with the sale.
