              Car looks like a basket case. Bet the owner doesnt even know that car has a timing belt.

                  looks like a ton of problem, with alot of hack job installs. I be very wary... I wouldnt be surprise if the whole carriage is rusted. And all the trims are missing or wierdly installed. For 1000, its worth the parts and the mtechnic stuff.

                      Got to $1500 before auction ended - "reserve not met". Re listed with a "buy it now" of $2900.

                      Now, he also has a tattered 89 325i on ebay at $1475, "reserve not met". This car seems to have a special New Jersey plate "LE" - what's that??

                            thats probably one of the many charity license plates that are around. You buy one of those for like $50 or so (instead of the generic $10 plates) and part of your purchase goes to help some organization. This one is designated by the LE, I can't read whats its for though the pic is blurry.

                              I believe that's for "Law Enforcement", if so, then either he (or someone in his family) may have been / is a cop. I could be wrong.

                              As for the E30, how's that saying go? "Good from far, but..."
