FS: 318is 1991 Modded, Canadian car

I'm selling a 1991 E30 318is. The reason I'm selling is that I bought an E36 M3. It's a great little track car, great to learn with and where it lacks in power it makes up in driving pleasure. Car is located in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

The car is Brilliant red with a black headliner and cloth interior with checkered design. The car has a sunroof.

This car is a VGA rebuilt by Le Carossier in trois rivieres. According to the previous owner, the engine was rebuilt 20 000kms ago (that's taking into account the mileage I did). Body has 250 000km.

    Whats installed on the car:

    -Massive Brakes front race kit
-Rear OEM disks (new) with Hawk HT-10 pads (lots left) new rebuilt calipers with brass bushings
-Ground Control Coil-over suspension. Spring rate: 440lbs front 650lbs rear with Bilstein Sport Shocks
    -Ground Control Camber-Caster top plates
-Ground Control race rear shock mounts (spherical bearings)
    -Racing Dynamics front strut bar
-Converted wheel lug to nuts and bolts(Turner Motorsport)
-5 Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 black wheels (15x7) with 225/50R15 Hankook Ventus RS2 Z212
-4.27 LSD medium case (very rare)
-Stainless steel brake lines (Turner Motorsport)
    -ATE Superblue brake fluid
-E36 M3 3.25:1 ratio steering rack and modified steering knuckle, power steering removed
-Urethane engine and tranny mounts (Ireland Engineering)
-MarkD 93 octane chip, 7200rpm rev limiter
-Urethane offset Control arm bushings (powerflex)
-Brand new controls arms (both sides)
-Brand new innner and outer tie rods
-Brand new hub and bearings (front)
-Front Suspension technique sway bar 22mm with urethane bushings
    -Z4 3.0 Short shift kit

What's not install but would go with the car:

-Rear Suspension Technique sway bar 19mm (edit)
-4 Toyo RA1 225/50R15 Almost no thread left. Kept inside during the winter.
-Urethane rear subframe mounts (Ireland Engineering)
-Urethane, eccentric (adjustable) trailing arm bushings (AKG Motorsport)
-Bushings for shift lever and arms. OEM
-Coil on plug conversion kit (bolt on)
-European front grills (real from Germany)
-Smoked European smileys (hella, also from Germany)
    -Spare alternator (fresh rebuilt)
    -Spare wiper motor (new)
    -Lots of Mahle Oil filters
-Spal Electric radiator fan with mounted kit and hardware (for mechanical fan delete)
-Spare M42 Head 220 000km, very good condition
    -Spare Air Flow Meter
-Spare IS Lip spoiler (never installed, not painted, on original primer)
    -Spare radiator (almost new)
-Custom exhaust line 2.5" with magnaflow mufflers, rear muffler with DTM tips (from headers to back). Needs to be rewelded in the center.

    Known Issues:

-Gasoline smell from the tank, probably needs a new tank.
-Rust hole behind the license plate
-Front bumper cover cracked, I have a spare painted Diamant Schwartz

For the moment I am not parting or selling the parts seperatly.
I'm askin 4500$ OBO, I want it gone before the winter so I'm open to offers.

What is the process of buying a car that was last registered in Canada?
    (assuming I live in Oregon)

Actually it's been for sale for over a month and a half and besides comments on how nice my car is and how much they wished they could afford it, theres been only one serious buyer and unforthunatly he damaged is daily driver on the track during an HPDE and had to fix his car before he bought another one.

I'm open to offers, if I don't sell it before the first snowfall, I will have to store it for the winter and I will be raising the asking price when spring comes.

going through custom will be costly. You would have to pass emission laws and pay a hefty import fee.

That why so little tourings are in teh state. Since if its easy to get touring into the state and very little cost then us enthusiasts will be all over the "not made in USA" models.
