FS NY: 2006 Subaru STi. 32,000 Miles. $23,700

Up for sale is my previously modded, currently bone stock STi. It's in really nice shape, I just went through the whole car and it's solid.

I am the original owner, it's in awesome shape, no rust, just detailed.

Paint is in good shape, there is a small scuff on the right rear bumper, see pics. The passenger side wheels also have some curb damage...

The car still has some of the factory warranty available.

    Has 6 Disc CD changer

Tires are good. Plenty of tread.

New York State inspected valid until November 2009 (JUST inspected)

Everything on the car functions as it should.

    Car runs and drives great!

This is the damage to the bumper:

    Closeup:

Also, If desired, i will include THIS rear bumper in the sale at no extra cost, so you won't have to worry about getting a new one... (it cost me $1100+$shipping+$paint)

I will also include this carbon fiber lip in the sale too:

Nice subaru, but that rear bumper is UGLY, imo.

    Good luck with the sale.

Weird. I think that's the first negative comment i've ever gotten about that bumper.

Most people flip out about it, because it's really rare.

      But thanks for the bump!

I'm assuming this car is the same one as your .sig. I wonder how much you shortened the life of the car before you turned it back to "stock."

It's amazing how much these cars depreciate...it's only been 4 years ago when I test drove one and bought something else instead.... free bump :)

i only paid 30K. selling it 3 years later for 23 isn't much depreciation at all.

idk what cars you're buying that are doing much better...

You had me worried for a second. So much for not buying exotics, though. :D That Exige is beautiful. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you didn't get what you wanted on the trade by paying out your ass on the purchase price of the new vehicles. Congrats on the purchases...now you can tidy up your sig a bit.

No, actually technically the only thing i traded the STi on was the rabbit... But since it was 0% financing I financed the whole thing, the dealer cut me a check and i used that on the exige.

I actually got the rabbit for 1000 under invoice, too. :)

The exige was... expensive... to say the least...

MSRP of $71k, $9000 dollars in UNINSTALLED mods*, 2300 miles... $58K

I could have probably gotten it for 56, but it's EXACTLY what i wanted and i didn't have all the cash right off the bat, so i agreed to his asking price if he would hold it for a month. I put 10K down on it, picking it up in 2 weeks.

*CF front lip, CF wing, CF rear diffuser, Titanium exhaust, HIDs (halogen stock, wtf), engine mounts, rear panel eliminator, catch can, tow hook, and a few other little goodies...
