This is a nice car, someone should scoop it up. Great for the money. Wish I had known you were letting it go a few months ago before I went into S52 land.

        Bump for you.

Nope a guy flew up from Mississippi and drove it back. I'm bummed to see it go but it went to what seems like a good home.

              How's your swap going?

It's good, we've got a slow week next week so I'll be burning out before Christmas. It took a while to get started because I had to rebuild my 318is to get it ready for sale. Want a 318is? (had to say it!)

By the way, do you know Phil Weber? He's a good friend of mine and I was showing off your car and he knew it was yours. He said he knew you in high school at Harding?

Nice, hopefully I'll get a chance to check it out once you're done.

Haha I'd love a 318is but no space or time for one. My mk2 Golf will be keeping me plenty busy.

The name sounds very familiar but I just can't put a face to the name. I'll have to glance through a yearbook now or it's going to drive me nuts trying to remember.

Yeah I remember someone at your shop talking about the 318is. Had to ask. At this rate I'll be keeping it for driving events next season and for the functioning A/C in the summer.

I hope the MkII is coming along nicely now, with the extra $$. I'll have to swing by and check it out.

Ha sorry to hear that I bugged you with that. He was good friends with Steve Sparrow and Brenden Dacey(?). Cant remember Brenden's last name for sure, but that's close.
