    Sold

    Price: $13,900
    Location: Portland, OR.
    Title: Clean
Contact: Feel free to call or text me at 503-799-five five one six if you are interested.

    Details:
OBD2 S52. The head was rebuilt when the motor was installed about five years ago.
    E36 M3 transmission.
Engine swap performed at Munich Motorworks in Portland. Have receipts from the prior owner totaling roughly $12,500 which include the motor swap and suspension work.
    Glass-out repaint to OEM color.
    About 240k on the chassis.
No check engine lights, no leaks, no issues at all.
Recent $4,000 service at Rhom Innovations in Portland, OR that included a new clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, valve cover gasket, and other misc. items.
    Markert Motorworks tune.
    Custom exhaust that sounds great.
    Clean black leather sport interior.
Custom stereo with Lukebox (sub, amp, etc.).
Bilstein struts, H&R race springs, front sway bar. I added some condor spacers in the rear to level the ride height.
    Skid plate.
Style 5 wheels with 18mm adapters. Fenders rolled.
No rust that I’m aware of.
Known issues: The RPM gauge doesn’t work most of the time (if you read this and have a working tach I will buy it from you). There is a small imperfection in the front bumper due to someone bumping it in a parking lot. This was there when I bought it. The car has been a driver for myself and the prior owner so there are a few rock chips and one small scratch in the paint. I will get photos of these area.

It does not have cruise control or air conditioning.

I am not sure how many miles are on the motor. It runs perfectly. No issues at all. When I had the work done at Rhom they did not note any existing or potential issues.

Great deal, especially considering the repaint. You'd be hard pressed to build it cheaper. Mind me asking what size tire you are running on the style 5s? Any rubbing after fender roll?...almost same exact setup on my car.

Are the lines there to add AC if someone wanted?
