    SOLD PLEASE DELETE

    Full Disclosure about the carfax:

I will start this by saying this car has a clean and clear Tennessee title. If and when you decide to run the carfax, there is an accident reported to the rear end on August 24, 2016. The accident included the right side rear qtr panel and tail lamp. The insurance company decided to use book value to pull a value on the vehicle thus “declaring the vehicle a total loss” due to repair costs vs book value. The vehicle was retained by the previous owner to save the car knowing that these cars are worth more than book value. The vehicle was then repaired at a family owned collision shop here in Middle Tennessee where the right tail lamp was replaced, right quarter panel was repaired and painted, and the quarter glass was removed and reinstalled. Because the previous owner decided to retain the car and have it fixed by a non direct repair facility it allowed him to keep a clean title. To conclude again, this car has a clean title.

    A little about the car:

    1989 BMW 325i

    Vin: WBAAA1306K4143191

I have owned this vehicle for a little over three years now. I purchased the car from a high school friend of mine who kept the vehicle bone stock for years all the while neglecting small repairs on the car. Not being a car enthusiast, he decided to part ways with the car when he moved to Salt Lake City. Upon receiving the car I decided to get the AC working then the regular routine maintenance shenanigans. It wasn’t shortly after my two years of ownership I grew tired of the factory 325i this car was. I needed some pep in my life and I was really keen on getting into HPDE’s. I decided to rip the car apart and start building a track HPDE weekend car. Over the course of a year I was able to get the car where it sits today. I had plans to race the car and paid for several HPDE’s throughout the 2020 year. However, due to the COVID outbreak cancellations of track days and the funds it takes to make race days happen I am not able to continue putting money into this. This car is fully prepared for HPDE/time attack and potentially qualifies to race other sanctioning organizations/classes. With all that being said, this car has never seen the track nor an autocross course. Every new part or swap part has approximately 600 miles from weekend driving. To conclude, I have a full excel spreadsheet with every part that has been put on this car in the last 3 years categorized by date, price, and part no. I am pricing the car at $15.5k with everything I have for the car including both deck lids (one with spoiler and one without). I will sell the car without the spoiler for $14k with a flat decklid. Thanks for looking!
