Been working on this car for 18 months and it is now to a point where its as close to perfect as perfect can get on a 22 year old car. Im a little OCD when it comes to cars and I think it shows. Everything in this car works except the A/C. A?C is Charged and holding pressure but still not cooling

I am into this for much more than $10500 but that is what I am looking to get. The price is firm! Before you flame, I know it doesn't have a swap so you don't need to be punks :D I built a reliable driver that is ready to do a straight swap if someone wants to.
