Starting May 3rd I will be selling rebuilt injectors! I’ve dealt with MEPEH, Bimmer Baron, and others in the past and after dealing with customers cars that have clogged injectors to start; I’m finally taking it to the next step and having my own system of doing injectors. My services as of right now will be Rebuilt & Flow Matched, and a extra service ; Dynamic Flow Tested. Rebuilt - new o rings, filter, pintle caps Flow Matched - each injector is flow tested and is matched to same amount to the set. Dynamic Flow Tested - tested at various rpms and duty cycles and each injector is paired evenly to each other and delivering same amount of fuel which also verifies the latency. Each injector goes through a process of testing and will be thrown out if there is any inconsistency beyond rebuilding. It does get serviced, reversed flushed, ultrasonic cleaning, and retested after service is completed. Most places do not offer dynamic flow testing injectors due to longer time taking but I can offer that service at a higher rate.
