If you just need the sensors, y not go to rockauto.com or someplace easy an simple to get new ones? Brake sensors aren't that rare, an I'm pretty sure they are still made these days. Take some time and do some digging, if you still can't find them I might have the ones that came with the 91 318is suspension parts I swapped into my car, I don't have/ need abs.

They're out there sure enough, at $150-200 per corner. Unfortunately, from BMW only some tend to be in stock at once, and since they are corner specific it can be a real PITA.

Ecstuning.com... maybe it's just me but I would rather pay more to know it's a new part then to get used n possibly be a crap part n waste money. I know they are just 2-wire magnetic pick-ups an usually don't go bad. My luck is all 4 used ones wouldn't work lol, I'll go on the hunt to see if I can find the ones I took off.
