-Small crack at the bottom repaired by local body shop using high strength fiber mesh and panel bonding epoxy on backside. I have personally had my e39 front bumper repaired like this for 3 years without any issues so far.
-Fog lamps in tact with pigtail and plug
-Comes with retaining bar, two skinny end pieces, and side mounting brackets. You will need the 3 plastic brackets in the middle available on eBay through owl-Warren as well
-all hardware complete
