Spoiler was professionally painted in brilliantrot using DuPont paint. Most of its last 10 years has been in climate controlled storage, and the rubber is silky smooth. Oh yeah! This was one of my four spoilers I had for my e30. Saved the best for last.
You will need your OEM nuts and washers. There is a small cut on one side of the rubber, likely done by a hater. This is the reason I am saying it is 9/10 condition.
