Comes with a pig tail as well. what makes it euro is it has 2 fog light switches. You can go tails with foglights in them from your fellow european board members

also lmk if you want the head light pull.. i have an extra laying aroung that ill throw in for 5 bucks more.

is this a functioning upgrade or just visual? will it do something different with the lights? any wiring mods that I'll need to do?

You would have to change up the wiring and either alter your bulb carriers or get euro tails with the fog built in. Us sped has the light socket just with no wires and or contacts for a bulb. So no, not just cosmetic. Either was this is SOLD.
