Made a few of these years ago.
You get:
e30 - Modified console
e46 - Modified arm rest (pre cut base for alignment). Easy installation (you drill two holes and it gets attached to tunnel)
e46 - Cup holder and rear ashtray. (Easy attachment to tunnel)
e46 - Coin holder.
e46 - Leather hand brake cover
Screws for securing parts to tunnel.
Paper pattern to cut small piece of carpet (for securing arm rest)
Installation instructions.
ALL e46 pieces (and e30 console) were painted with SEM black after removing the top coat which usually peels.
TOTAL: Five (5) kits, 2 four holes and 3 two holes. Its easy to got from 2 to 4 holes with a dremmel.
