Will the front 21mm sway fit my 91 318 4dr? If so I might have to take you up on this offer.

          Absolutely.

I've got one on my '91 318is and it's less than 20 min install.
          (mine painted red)

I need a 14.5mm rear from an ix or an m3 to compliment the vert's.

I swapped the springs at the same time. I hear good things from everyone else that uses them though. Roll is diminished and if you ever want to weld tabs onto the strut tubes and run it like an M3 you have the thickest OEM option too.

If you have the tools ready and know what you're doing then there's no reason for it to take longer. After you jack up car and take off wheels then it's just 13mm socket, 13mm wrench, 17mm socket, screwdriver to pry lightly, lube and go.

My method is to remove wheels, 17mm socket takes off the bottom of the endlinks on both sides and one sway bracket bolt, then 13mm socket and 13mm wrench takes off the swaybar bracket bolt, screwdriver prys down the bracket. Then the 17mm takes off two lolipop bolts to drop one control arm mount, so the swaybar can drop to the floor. Once that side is loose you can thread out the bar and insert the other. Install is reverse of removal.
