WTB: late M20B25 in Central VA

I need a new engine for my M20 E34. For the life of me I can't begin to figure out how I threw a rod in my E34 but it happened, and now I need an engine.

I am reasonably sure that the mounting boss' are the same from E34 B25 to E30 B25, so any will do.

It MUST be an M20B25. It MUST be the later M20 that runs of the 173 ECU. It MUST be a known running motor with no issues.

    Thanks.

I am in central VA and will travel within reason to pick it up.

go to chesterfield auto parts or chesterfield auto recycling and pick yourself up a motor. If you get lucky, you might be able to do a V engine swap or an M50.

    Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

I've decided a few things...and this should clear up my slightly vague post:

      I don't have the time to pull/swap a motor.

I have the time/$$ to find a motor, buy that motor, take it to my shop, and pay for them to swap it for me.

      Thanks!
