M20 with 96k. In boston

I've got a M20 here in boston waiting for some lucky candidate ;)

Compression is good, comes with all accessories(AC Pump is off currently).

Pulls strong. Changed the head Gasket around 50k when I did the timing belt.

Relatively clean, but Could probably use some Gasket replacement.

Easy steal for $300 OBO.. I need room in the garage.I'm Moving and need this gone asap

Local pickup is likely the only option.. as I don't have access to any crate shipping.
