He got back to me last night- seems as though he is just busy. I can certainly understand that. For his likely "profit" on them (it can't be much at all), I am sure that this is more of a favor to the community than a money-making proposition. Given that, I can see why he may have higher priorities.

I would recommend emailing him to be sure he has them before sending paypal.
