Mark D 173 ECU chip

Hey all, times are getting tight for me so my new Mark D chip has to go as its purely a performance part on my car. This chip is for the 173 Bosch ecu and will run on 14# injectors using 91 octane fuel. Increases the rev limiter to 6900 and adds about 15 hp across the power band.

I'm asking $200 for it. It is used but it is a chip so its not like it got any wear and tear.

I noticed a very good gain at about 3500 RPM and up in power and acceleration at higher speeds. This chip was great fun but it has to go.

Did you think I didn't know that you had been sent a duplicate chip? I figured that out 2 weeks ago, but was recovering from dental surgery so couldn't email you right away.

Bump, in hopes that even anonymous scrutiny by your forum peers will compel you to do the right thing and return the chip! Times are tight for all of us, but it isn't worth doing this. :(

Just send the chip back; it was an honest mistake on Mark's part.

Somehow my shipper re-sent orders from a week in April instead of the May orders. I found out when people who ordered in May asked when the chip would arrive. It is a strange thing to do, considering most people who ship with tracking numbers will have a log of what was shipped. I knew there was an error about a week after it was shipped.

I'll check your PM. The PM notifications arrive on a different PC which I check about every 3 days. I'm always on the PC that I use for software development, it checks the mark . dsylva @ gmail address, plus the gmail emails go to the blackberry also.
