Correct. This is for an airbag car but it can be modified to fit an early model. It is a much nicer piece than the cardboard early model knee panel.

Correct. There are actually two other pieces that attach along with it. Can you take a pic and show me what you have under your dash? That way I can make sure I get everything you need. Thanks.
