173 w/ turbo chip

Like the title states, I have a super clean 173 ecu with a turbo chip installed. I was planning on using this setup, but now I am interested in something else. I am asking $110 shipped to your door. I have been told that this turbo chip is almost a direct copy of TCDs turbo chip, which sells for $175 for the chip itself.
