FS - '95 m3 rack, leaks - $85 shipped

I've got a '95 m3 rack (3.0 lock-to-lock). It has a bad leak up top near the dust boot (here).

You could replace the seal, or you could run it with no powersteering fluid.
Clean otherwise. Comes with e36 tierods.
