The height they were on my early model e30.









They are much better than stock as far as apperance and stiffness, but they are not very stiff. They are a very good daily driver spring. Similar to Eibachs.

You should add those photos to the great suspension/ride height thread. In 13 pages I didnt see any shots of M3 springs...of course by page 7 my eyes were bleeding.
