No it would not fit an E36, it has the wrong towers. You would need 400xt towers, and the correct fit kit. This is set-up for Rain gutters.

175 for the combo. too many flakers.
I literally hunted down this old school NLA 555 fairing, and I got it in near mint condition
The bars/feet are also in really nice shape and still have the rubber protector pieces so you dont f up your car.
