US Ellips $115 Shipped

I was cleaning out my garage and found these Hella US ellips I never got around to fixing up and using. The lenses are in really good condition with no cracks or anything like that. It comes with plugs and whatever bulbs that were in there. The only issue with them is that one of the adjusters is frozen or broken and needs to be worked on or replaced. You can see the adjuster I'm talking about in the pics. I'll ship these USPS priority and I'm looking to get $115 for the pair.
