Before I left the states I bought an S62 with a 6 speed transmission. The engine and transmission are located in the DC area. The guy I bought it from still has the engine and tranny in his possession. I just found out that I will most likely be staying in Iraq longer and it would be better for everyone if I sell it. Selling it will allow the guy to get it out of his garage, allows someone else to use the engine vice sitting in his garage and puts another 6k in my pocket. As some of you may know, I bought this to put it in an E21. The E21 ended up being rotted out so that was a no go. I now have a S/C E30, M5 and an X54.8is and no car to put the S62 in. So... since I do not have a chassis to stuff it in, I do not have a place to store it or any time to play with it since I am overseas.... I am listing it for sale. I will include a USED JB racing flywheel, new BMW rod bearings and bolts for 6k. Price is very firm. The engine does not need the bearings but I was planning on building a track car so since it was out, I was going to throw in new bearings and rod bolts. It does not come with exhaust manifolds or DME.
