Im only posting because he wasn't willing to work this out over email....

.....I asked for the price of the seats three days ago 7/29 at 9:24, at 1100pm he responded w/$250...I counter offered $200...Last night at 8:53 he told me he would only take $250,

This morning at about 09:00 I accepted and asked him how he would be shipping me the part and I asked him if he took paypal...the next email at 11:07am from him was his paypal info and he told me to send him a business address for shipping "because its cheaper"...AKA we made a deal!!!

I replied with the requested business address and was in the process of PayPal'ing when I had to step out--

At no time over the last three days did he ever give me a deadline or tell me that he was considering other offers.....NOTHING from him saying my payment was time sensitive or urgent-- so after sending him the requested info and telling him at 12:44 TODAY that I would be "paypaling next" I left with the understanding that all was good...

6 hrs after he sent me his paypal info and the request for a business address he tells me the parts where sold...because someone just sent cash...

So hes got a deal with me at 11:07am and gets cash sometime later and Im the one whos shafted...

Good thing I had to step out and the paypal didnt go through...or I'd be out $250 bones...

My guess that "person" sent him more $$...:twisted:

That doesn't Jive...you sent me your PayPal info at 11:07...why tell me to paypal you with no mention that you have other offers...so what time did you get his $$?? at 1107 I considered the deal done when I replied with my address....if he sent cash you can send it back and tell him its sold...

Or at least you could have given me a heads-up that others where working a deal too and that i had a dealine for payment....WE HAD BEEN EMAILING EACH OTHER ALL MORNING...I had no reason to think anything other than we had a deal...
