I am parting out my 1999 E39 540i which only has 85K on her. I would preferable like to sell local so I don't have to deal with shipping but if your really in need then we can prob work something out. I have lots of the little stuff but i'm only going to list the big stuff below. Let me know what you need and I can tell you if I still have it or not. You will get a much faster response if you pm' me instead of waiting for a response on the forum.

Grey seats (front and rear) full power and heated - $700


BTW, I would be willing to sell the entire car for $3000 FIRM... a few parts are missing off of it (the insurance company stole) but otherwise its all there. I would rather just get rid of the entire thing then deal with parting it out...

I would rather sell the engine and tranny as a package.... but I guess if I was to part them out I would want $1000 for the Getrag.

the subframe is trashed... I was hoping to fix it to make it my daily driver but the I would have to transfer the entire front clip off of another E39 plus the insurance company stole a bunch of parts off of it (ie. EVERYTHING out of the trunk including the battery...and ABS computer, Climate control unit) so I would be way in over my head to do all that work plus spend alot more money on all the parts. Belive me, I reaallly wanted to get this fixed and make it my daily driver but I would probably have to put another 2-3k at least into her...

is there any damage at all to the motor?im not clear on what type of accident it was involved in. did you drive over something to trash the subframe?? If it runs and has no damage ill take the motor and tranny
