The first post is confusing.

Is this

(A) a Mark D chip that was specifically tuned for best performance with your bolt ons?

Or

(B) a regular Mark D chip anyone can purchase at retail, dyno tested, and are now asking for $400 for?

If the answer is (A) then this chip is really only good to someone with the exact same bolt on modifications.

If the answer is (B) then thanks for the dyno comparison but I'm going to go buy a new one off his site for half of what you are asking for a used one.

I realize this is a 351 ECU but I highly doubt there is a major difference in performance between a Mark D chip in this ECU and a 173 ECU otherwise a 351 ECU would be a hot item even without the chip.

Not trying to crap just trying to point out why others are skeptical about the price.

In that case the biggest barrier is that the person who buys this would have to also purchase the all exact same bolt ons.

It might help (or hinder) to post a complete list of everything that was on your car when you had this custom tuned. I mention hinder because whoever buys this chip will either need to already have all those exact bolt on mods or pony up a lot more $$$ to purchase them in order to utilize the chip.

This is one of those situations where custom does not necessarily mean its worth more to someone else.
